It used to be. They even started allowing nipples again but, not hard core. Of course this is all determined by an AI prompt like youtube and if you get enough strikes your account is PERMANENTLY terminated. It happened to a decade old account of mine. It's basically useless for anything besides text now if you want a blog that won't get taken down without warning with little actual feedback from staff. Probably because they downsized years ago when the value went from 3 billion to 3 thousand dollars
