I want to say that there's an SD of this floating around as either an EPUB or a PDF (or something someone converted from one to the other in either direction, who knows what the original source file was), in the same way that the DC Anatomy ended up floating around.
AFAIK, this is not available to be ripped, just like the DC one? Have you checked Anna's?
