I thought Pim getting sweet chin musiced by Mr frog was funny. Had a good wind up with Pim in that tracking shot leading to Mr.Frog's foot. Peak visual gag. I agree the rest of the episode was kinda boring. Mr.Frog just doesnt have it in him anymore.
