I'm not a big Pentex lorehead or Spiral Dancer lorehead, but maybe it's a matter of that he's clearly some sort of earnest and hateful believer, what with how much effort and glee he puts into murdering people. To him somebody who's on Wyrm's side purely for short-lived personal gain could be utterly disgusting, and an affront.
