Cobalt.
Girl who lost her legs who then got a robot suit with prosthetic legs that let her jump good.
The character was one of many who were made over a decade ago and nothing much was done with them, but they got art so they were remembered.
Heavy Duty.
She can turn parts of her body into heavy equipment. Works as part of the Floating Island /Co/nstruction Crew, the group that has to rebuild the city quickly after every super fight/giant robot battle/alien invasion/natural disaster.
