Grok Imagine video limits are hardcapped at ~50 per day in the free tier, with an additional hourly limit. Granted, that is a little complicated by the fact that right now every time you upload an image it automatically gens a video which eats into your limit, but apparently a toggle is coming and right now you can work around that by genning your hourly limit and uploading images during the cooldown so that the automatic doesn't trigger. The free tier is pretty addicting though, so maybe that's how they get you.
