It would be hilarious if DC ever acknowledged something like that in a comic. People yelling out to her in the street appreciatively like “looking good, Grace” or going out of their way to hold doors open for her.
I don’t think either DC or Marvel will acknowledge the anthro appreciator crowd anytime soon. It’s funny though, considering that Shape of Water won an Oscar, and the types of fantasy romance novels that are selling to the ladies right now are essentially monster-fucker tier.
