world tour is more cohesive, the overall story of the season is well constructed but it really flubs the small stuff. the final 4, maybe 5 are handled well but everyone else gets shafted.
action doesn't have a strong throughline but most of the characters are used well. and the setting and challenges are top tier.
what this shakes out to is that world tour is better if you judge it as a full season but action is better if you judge each episode individually.
