Digital art has its sets of headaches. Because it's not like traditional pieces that you can own after commissioning an artist and then sell years later to make room for your home, the rights are handled as personal use versus commercial use. You don't make printed copies of a digital commission to sell if it wasn't discussed with the artist but you can use it as something like a profile pic or a header for xitter or something, that's the stuff you should be asking for details. From what I can understand, at least.
