if it was going to happen, it would be like the RIP-Club group who do the French language scene releases, or one of those German's associated with Empire or something similar.
Except all those Moore Swamp things stories are available in digital rips, either as floppies or as part of the TPBs, so if they wanted it in German, they could easily scanlate those themselves or some such. No one is going to blow that much cash just for certain colors, sorry to break it to you.
