We literally have the trailer for the big "heaven-hell" war arc and haven't gotten a single mention of him. For people who care about that side of things, they'd bring up his name in the trailer if he was in there for the simple fact that it'd be a massive hype/speculation driver.

The more you look at the angel lore, the less sense the Exorcist army actually makes. They supposedly had angel variants of every weapon ever made. Yet you go to the actual finale and they're not carrying anything but swords and spears. You'd think that if "extermination is entertainment", they'd bring guns and play demon shooting-range or something for the hell of it.
The angel army just lacks the ability to feel like a threat
