Yeah. I’d say that they had Orca job, but she gave up as soon as her crew was in danger. Not a lot of villains that would do that, but as it has been repeatedly stated throughout the thread she doesn’t really have it in her to be an amoral jerk like most villains in Gotham and/or Blüdhaven.
Though colored in black and white, it would seem she is forever fated to dwell in the grey.
