I feel like we need a Hispanic superhero whose powers and identity don't revolve around being Hispanic. Say what you want about black superheroes tending to have electricity powers, at least it doesn't feel directly tied into their being black.
We need some kind energy-weapon type of Hispanic superhero. A beam-shooter, something like that.
