I couldn't tell either on my phone. It looks like a 3D render. I dislike Mel but when I saw the pic I was like "Damn, rocking body! Look at how the tummy and hips flow. Look at the underboob. And look at the face. Someone fixed it. Mel *can* be attractive after all". But then I looked up the "artist"'s uploads on rule34 and it is tagged as AI. Turns out there is still no man alive who can make Mel attractive.
