Hell, JAMES just watched it happen. James, which does not have any context of "oh it's just friendly banter between them!" that would make him gloss over it. And it's not like Lucy just slapped Mike or something, she kicked him in the gut so hard he collapsed. Why did both of them watch this and just think it was okay?
