Decently accurate. But there's only so much you can do with 10 20minute episodes.
That said it's season 1 and we've gotten a pretty decent look at the main 5 characters so i can't complain too much, hopefully S2 expands on some of the ghosts a bit. More importantly i'd argue they should focus on some of the non-ghosts of the hotel like Jessica, the fairies/gremlins etc
