Skyler knew Walter didn't kill Hank, it was extremely fucking obvious once she saw his paranoid state after coming home, the phone call where he saves her from most accountability for a while by taking all the blame for himself, the men who threaten her to not talk to police after Walt is gone and of course how he talks to her about the lotto ticket and the men "never coming back" (which she'd obviously connect to all the neonazis in the complex where they find Walt). Really it's more punishing Marie and Walt Jr than Skyler
