Dafne Keene's family threatened to push legal charges and Fox (this was before the Disney purchase) threatened to sue him for all he was worth. Because he crossed the line from legal free speech into illegal sexual harassment of a minor. He's only not in prison because the state of california has laws on the books explicitly protecting his art that don't exist in other states.
