If I wanted this comic to die I would not be helping keep a general about it active by having an inane argument with some anon, contributing to Homestuck's presence in people's minds and prolonging the buzz around the pilot.
In fact, if every person replying to me with some snarky comment were to stop posting, these threads would fall off page 10 fairly quick, and you wouldn't have a bunch of people wandering in asking where to read it, or talking about returning to the series.
