First thing is they would combine Paramount Plus and HBO Max for a large streaming service. This is also what Comcast wants to do, and Apple and Amazon probably would too
Then they would have continued theatrical plans for Warner IPs and DC. It would largely be business as usual even if they are now Warner Paramount
