Did Allies (excluding Soviets) slaughter German and Japanese civilians after their surrender?
We know the numbers of civilians killed by Axis countries and Allies. And we fucking know who was the unwilling aggressor in those wars. And we know that two nukes and firebombing have barely convinced the Japanese government to surrender.
