The smart ones use their free ride to land a decent degree and float right to a reasonable job.
The stupid ones take the gamble and try to triple down on the sport to see if they can go pro, but usually fizzle out for not being good enough or eventually injure something and fall off after graduation and the best they can do is work a supervisor role in target.
Thing is, most of them are pretty stupid, and the possibility of going pro and being rich and famous really fucks with their judgment.
