Bullshit humble bragging.

Basically some people are born with flexible tissue and more articulated joints. This translates to some people having "softer skin" and being able to position limbs in ways that would be more uncomfortable than people without it. It has very little to any actual practical impact and most people never notice it. I have it, but you also get people like my ex who had it who then dig into the correlated health issues associate with hypermobility and crank it up to 11 for social security. A lot of people who attention whore through medical conditions use hypermobility as a form illness to attract sympathy despite being perfectly liveble. Imagine a person with a lactose intolerance treating their condition like they have a family history of early onset parkinsons, it's fucking retard. But it appeals to the ego centered minds of people who just want to go
>oh woe is me! I have innate physical beuty but I am just a delicate flower :((
