The whole concept is that you're some lame nerd with a superpowered armor suit, who lost his suit and was forced to take a desk job wrangling a team of assholes with real superpowers. It's safe to assume it's going to be one of those stories where the main character starts out as a punching bag who nobody takes seriously but eventually he wins their respect and brings the team together to face who- or whatever the big bad turns out to be.
