Having female clients isn't what Bungus is suggesting, Bungus is suggesting that there should be more female characters in the main cast. Although yes it would be nice to see more female clients, it looks like Zach and Michael are stuck in the same trap as the Boondocks creators where they're good at writing believable characters but don't feature women all too often because otherwise they'd be crucified for depicting women as anything but perfect harmless blameless angels.

Lots of male creatives already get shit on for writing women poorly out of dismissive/he-man woman hating misogyny or sheer neglect/ignorance. Imagine the shitstorm that male creatives would go through if they went "let's depict more female characters" and then collectively wrote women as authentically nasty and fucked up as real life examples can be. Someone would probably die because of that.
