I got confused by them being referred to as OVAs. I assumed what we had on Toonami was just "Hellsing Ultimate the anime."
What we had on Toonami (in 2014) was the 10-episode OVA series Hellsing Ultimate.
What we haven't seen is the 2003 13-episode series that's just called Hellsing.
