The irony is that the most empathetic/compassionate/believable examples of trans representation come from media where the trans woman can't pass as convincingly as terminally online weirdos would want her (see Twin Peaks) while the ones that have no foot in reality come from media where the trans woman is straight up "I drew a woman and called her trans lol".
