Fair enough. I like police/detective stories and Gotham Central hits a lot of the same beats as classic Golden Era detective fiction/noir so I enjoyed it. 52 is neat to me because of how many different plates are spinning and how nicely they all end up connecting. The characterization of Renee + Vic in particular is my favorite but Booster Gold's story arc, Ray Dibny going crazy, and honestly most of the other plotlines are quite entertaining too.

Style is more important than talent. If Ware's gimmicks lead to interesting/good looking pages I don't actually care whether or not he is a good artist, just whether he can make pages I find good.
