Absolutely not, unless you're taking something like raloxifene or an osteoporosis medication. Even then, it's important to remember there are still risks. Whether or not it's worth it is up to you. It is for me, but I'm already somewhat fem and I just wanted to push myself as far as I could go while still being identifiably male.
