Like anon said demora is a good reference for the upper limit, but my reasoning was more because with the starting size of regular man boobs you can only go up one or two cup sizes at a time and it's not a guarantee because not all the transfered fat will survive and repeated procedures will take a long time because of the recovery period.
With implants you can get expanders and then the size you want.
But with fat transfer if someone try to give me shit for having boobs I can just say I've got genycomastia.

What bra would you recommend for those? I don't know much, but I found a bra that goes up to P cup in my band size on "Her Room", I think the brand is aviana. I'm still waiting for it to get there, I'll try it out with water balloons.
