Taniguchi san has a become-god-fetish.The problem is that these elements become boring. All of his stories are predictable. "I can do whatever I want" level predictable, yet its still going to end up being the same shit. "You cannot stop me", "Fear me", "I can do this to you all".
Narcissists to me are tiring. Can the protag have a different personality for once? idk.
Like sure, before they have power they have a different personality, but instantly once they do they are all the same. What's the difference between this protag and the one from Kiniro Days? Nothing. Tamashi Insert's protag, also the same.
What about the girl cast? Yeah-
Always helpless and barely a personality. Take the teacher for example in Doubleganger, we know nothing about her or how she would respond, even though the protag uses her to get to the girl
