I just thought of a two-headed vampire that feeds on breast milk. First she'll bite both nipples in order to get the breasts to swell with milk before feeding. And yes it works on both males and females.

Also because the two heads share a throat both heads have to feed at the same time. If they bite your neck then your head will split into two heads as you become a vampire yourself. The two-headed vampire only does this for lovers.
