I agree with the other anon. Story first, plan it out. Honesty, IMO the basic layout you've got here is already ahead of other games because you've split the rooms, the rooms aren't way too big and you've got decoration, but I'd try to use roof pieces or something to seperate the rooms a little more. You'll get better with time, don't sweat it.

One plugin that miiight help a little is a doodads plugin. It lets you go in-game and then place piece of your tilesets around off the grid, and IIRC, edit the colours and scale. So you could move those things onto your tables and shrinks them down if you wanted. Only briefly used one myself with MV so I can't say much about them.

This has a mixture of MV and MZ nude, female masturbation and sex sprites. Can't say which is which though, and you'd need to edit them. "Frankenspriting" heads would probably do.
