Pretty much every one and a half hours, and a pump in the middle of the night after sleeping a few hours as otherwise I'd get blocked ducts while sleeping.
As far as how much it is, it depends on the time of the day as it's normal to make most in the morning and then it goes down during the day, I can get 15-10 oz a pump as the day goes on but it can be as much as 30-40 oz in the first pump of the day. It's also so addicting to pump a lot in one go.
I donate most of it because I produce enough that I can live off of it, the perks of donating are pretty good but it only pays enough if you overproduce a huge amount like I do
