While people took and shared stolen files of Faltain's comics for all the kleptomaniacs, I went to their website and purchased copies like a normal, good little weirdo. Now, I'll admit my hypocrisy when I shared them in my file share, but I was contacted by Faltain to please remove them and I promptly did.
Other than my moment of hypocrisy, why can't other people just pay the artists for their hard work and talent. "Oh no! Paywall!" So? Respect where it's due. Now you've scared them off from ever creating content for disrespectful goblins. And you're still stealing.
And you know what? I've been thinking about shutting down my file share. In this economy, I need to cut back on expenses. I might keep it open until the end of the month or so and maybe add a bit more but if you want to horde anything I have in there, do it now.
