Finding a way to integrate sexual content is going to be doubly hard when you're also trying to integrate stat-based mechanics. It's already difficult enough to make the body part mechanics have meaningful effects other than just having RPGmaker stats that go up or down.
I'd advise cutting one thing out or the other rather than trying to do everything unless you want to make a 10 year slow subscribestar project.
