Lisa isn't a main character, she's a recurring quest NPC. In the actual game she appears fairly regularly, then isn't important for a few chapters, then she is important again.
She'll show up in group shots like that one, but doesn't get a ton of screentime because she's not as 'main' a character to that story as matoi or even other CASEALs.
there's still good designs in it.
