Here's mine:
A reversal of sorts of the typical H-Game/Doujin setup involving a faceless protagonist, this one has the protag being the only character with a face and all the girls are faceless, in a literal fashion even! Generally I imagine the reason for the girls' facelessness being supernatural, so they can still see, talk etc despite their state. Regardless of the general nature of the settng (transfering into a school for the faceless, moving into a town with no faces, getting isekai'd into a world where eyes, noses and mouths are foreign concepts and so on), the extra things on the protagonist's face stick out like a sore thumb to everyone else, as faccelessness is considered the norm. If it somehow ends up being a yuri game the main girl could end up losing her face in at least one ending.
