Civitai is blocking UK users because of their new regulations. They can't afford a lawyer to take care of all the legal implications.
Probably even 4chan will have to eventually block the UK.
Also, some people recommend downloading what you need from civitai. Months ago, they said they had months of liquidity, and now those months have passed.
