Yeah. That's why I use silicone/rubber loops through the holes of very small chastity cages. The cage holds them firmly in place, and the dick doesn't move when it gets soft if the cage is small enough. This is THE solution. I have not burned myself once or had to stop a session to move an electrode once since I started doing this.

I use pads (with ample conductive adhesive rubbed on) held in place with elastic bandages for this - will typically wrap around the balls, twist the bandages a couple times, then wrap around the torso to really hold the whole thing in place.
