does anyone have a retard-proof caption guide? when gooning my mind is basically nothing but captions, but i have enough shame to not just open mspaint and put single-color text over an image

i feel it used to say something like 5 as well, but i guess that was the old sticky, so they gave people more breathing room only this year. >>>/h/8560405 and >>>/e/2957918 don't mention any such thing
