Depends wholly on if they can trust whoever's running it and the size of it's library. Like it'd need to be backed by some reputable developers or something. Then you need to get a bunch of devs to actually sell their games on it.
I mean bottom line is we really need a uncensored platform that ideally takes minimal cut to support. Which would hopefully lead to many devs switching to it. Current situation just sucks, with the interesting projects either having to give up on funding as patreon/SS/itch/steam wont touch them due to rule breaking content or them relying on crypto which not everyone is comfortable with.
