does anyone have any idea on how to edit smegma like this artist (mamimi) draws it (2nd link is the most high-res reference for it, but linking the full sequence anyway):

it looks very doable without drawing skill or experience. also, an editor once put me onto a "bruise" effect (using gimp) that i thought might work for smegma. pic related. i tried to isolate the parts of the convo that were about the "bruise" effect, but it still mentions "burn layer", which refers to the red effect around fresh tattoos, which is independent from the "bruise" effect, and only mentioned cause they were layering the "bruise" on a fresh tattoo. and by "blur" they meant "gaussian blur". but i haven't tried this yet, so some second opinions or independent opinions on how to do smegma would be nice

are you literally just drawing at this point? what the fug. especially for >>11314770. is that not just your art straight-up? i only hope to add smegma, and eventually tears (crying) when i can be arsed, but drawing tears is something i'd say is literally just drawing at that point. i specifically asked an editor once if stuff like changing expressions would require drawing skill and experience, and they told me it would, to even recognize potential contextual, immersive expressions and anatomy and stuff, yet you're doing so much more

ah, i'm glad you enjoy my two (2) captions, anon. the prospect of positive feedback is what inspired me to do them at all!! and, i'm hoping to add smegma to gens myself, so hopefully i can manage that yet, to increase the potential pool for captions by a lot. it's an arbitrary hangup for me to only want to edit slop, but it makes me feel confident in doing so
