It's autistic in itself to think that someone's fetishes need to obey an internally consistent logic. Do you really think someone will go "fuck, you're right, I've got to like diapers now because I have no rational reason not to?"
This isn't about morals and what people call ethically wrong, it's what people think is sexy or gross, which is a much more raw and instinctive thing. Part subconscious, part cultural exposure, and part random chance. Lack of self awareness has nothing to do with people's fetishes and everything to do with your own dumbass logic.
