I'd think because of how fast her growth was at the end of the OVA, she will just keep on getting random growth spurts (or immediately starts growing again right after the end of the OVA) and ends up getting bigger and bigger with either:
>No end in sight and no way to stop or shrink her down. Unlike in the OVA when the other characters were trying to eventually find a way to stop or grow her back to 'normal' over a certain period of time as her shrinking was more gradual, her growth at the end of the OVA was faster, so perhaps no real time to reuse the device to stop/shrink her back down in time.
>Or, a reverse of the OVA, either stuck giant or gradually still growing over time, until she either gets her growth to stop, or shrinks back down. But the ending of the latter could go in a open ended ending of this going to keep happening a lot, or an actual 'happy ending' or her neither growing or shrinking even further again.
Any other ideas?
