Double navel mostly, that's usually due to upscaling. generally looks good though.

You don't need to use anything, controll net can help you to make a live stream UI or stabilize poses and such, but you can composit and change things in PS to make it look better after the fact anyways. Or turn down your denoise strength but like I said, besides UI it looks good.

I thought artist name was showing up in the video title, but it doesn't really matter. Top right and bottom left text is artifacted, but you can see that yourself.
