you have to be careful with latent upscaling, as its quite destructive the higher you go, requiring a high denoise to unfuck it (0.6+) changing the image quite a bit in the process, while pixel upscaling is less so and needs less denoise (0.2-0.3), example provided
with a controlnet you can push the denoise much higher though
