Seeing Passionlip finally get a Swimsuit unit has me thinking of a premise for an inflation story.

>Woman wants to go to a convention for the first time.
>Plays Fate/Grand Order, falls in love with Passionlip. She wants to cosplay her.
>Slightly Athletic Build, Pudgy, Large Breasts.
>She wants to increase her bust, finds out about temporary boob jobs through Saline Infusions.
>Builds the nerve to do this, infuses multiple times over a year, increasing her breast size close to Passionlip’s actual size. Her freaky side comes into play, trying not only Saline, but CO2 & N2O inflation into her boobs. Also strengthens her core & back to be able to support the weight.
>Convinces her Co-Worker, Roommate, or Friend From College (let’s say it’s a stand in for us…) to cosplay with her as The FGO Master. Friend notices her evergrowing boobs & agrees.
>Day before Con, has a dress rehearsal with her friend. Tells her friend her plan to infuse her breasts with saline to be as close to Passionlip as possible. They are fascinated & agree to help.
>After setting up the Infusion, she asks her friend to keep an eye on her so she can take rest for a bit. Friend agrees & she nods off deep.
>Dreams about the con, her breasts absolutely massive. People clamor for photos of her & with her. As she poses for the cameras, she starts to feel light on her feet. Her breasts start rising, pulling her up. She starts panicking, squeaking, unable to grasp the situation. As soon as she floats off, she wakes up.
>Groggy, achey, sore all over, she slowly wakes up, feeling pain in her shoulders, neck, face, general tightness & fluffiness all over her body, including her cheeks & lips.
>Slightly Drowsy, she asks for her friend, cutting herself short realizing her voice has rose in pitch.
