I personally like non-consent type stuff, but I've read stories with more willing women that were great as well. Insane asylum for women who think they're allowed to orgasm is a pretty great idea, maybe have it be like a historical setting where women's sexuality is seen as a mental illness, having them checked in by fathers or husbands. Could also work if it's like a fake clinic, or if it advertises itself as a way to overcome an overactive sex drive, like a woman checks herself in because she masturbates too often, expecting therapy sessions and instead getting edged to her breaking point. Maybe just "Mental Health Spa" that turns out to be a chastity nightmare. If you want a more dubcon type of story then the gaslighting idea is great, make her believe she WANTS to be there, that she NEEDS this therapy.
