verbosity =/= descriptiveness
but anyway, in my opinion, there are three (3) circumstances where i would care for someone's criticism:
1. they're the audience for what i share, so i care what they think
2. they justify it, so i care what they think
3. they're nice about it, so i care what they think
you just out of context saying "too verbose" is none of the above, so i discarded it, since realistically you said it just to discourage creativity on something you don't like anyway. i didn't want to call it rude outright, since that'd just incentivize outright rudeness in respond. but since you actually buffered your criticism with a sentence this time, i can consider it good faith criticism
>it reads like smut written for women or by ai, its just exceedingly descriptive
in an ai art thread, i'd thought people wouldn't use "ai" as if it's a slur, but i don't know what to say to you. i thought you were saying the caption was too long, so it overstayed its welcome. instead you're saying i'm putting effort in, so it's worse for it. i don't really care to concede to such criticism. sorry. i have made captions before where they weren't very descriptive, because they merely reference thoughts and actions... well, without description. but in my opinion, descriptiveness helps for immersion. if such can be spun as lowest common denominator because an ai can do it, then that's fine. and i didn't acknowledge the woman audience part, but if women appreciate my effort, then i appreciate the women
